Biography

Angela serves as the Director of Workforce Programs after joining MxD in March 2022. Angela leads the execution of MxD Learn’s workforce portfolio to drive success and impact. She comes to MxD with extensive experience in program management and grant administration. Previously, Angela spent five years at YWCA Metropolitan Chicago where she implemented enterprise-wide projects and initiatives which included managing the organization’s Census 2020 Outreach and Engagement program funded by the Illinois Department of Human Services. She is a certified Diversity, Equity and Inclusion training facilitator and has a passion for creating healthy workplaces. She received her BA in Politics from Drake University and her Master of Public Administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
