Biography

Senior experience with over 20 years in Industrial Environments especially in Automotive, managing Business Units as well as Marketing & Sales, Procurement, Programs and Engineering Teams, implementing business strategies, to ensure companies profitability and sustainability.

Graduated in Polymer Engineering from the University of Minho and completed an Executive MBA at Porto Business School, in 2009.

Started career as a CAE Engineer at CIE Automotive, progressing through various Engineering roles in R&D and Program Management. Later transitioned to Key Plastics, an American company, having the chance to work on Marketing & Sales. In 2016,  became European Sales Director within the same company. Following the merger of Key Plastics with the French company Mecaplast to form Novares, became the BU Business Development Director with a global remit.

In March 2019, joined MD Group as Chief Commercial Officer,  taking on the exciting challenge of helping to elevate MD Group to the next level.
