Inozyme Pharma

After 7 years of academic research in Biosafety Level 3, infectious disease laboratories, I joined Inozyme Pharma as Lab Manager in 2018 with the vision of building a laboratory which demolished the roadblocks and pain-points found in the laboratories I had worked in as a researcher myself, with the goal to then correct my own mistakes when building our follow-up lab in 2020. I am consistently focused on leveraging available technologies to fine tune laboratory management for efficiency of operations and budgetary concerns, to streamline the R&D process, and fast track decision making milestones for the institutions I serve.
