Emilio currently leads the Digital Transformation and Industry 4.0 at Kellanova Manufacturing Valls. Emilio defined the strategy aligned to the business needs, creating a high performing team and currently implementing the strategy through the different pillars: data & analytics, technology, process automation, industry 4.0 and employee experience. Emilio is developing the Kellanova Valls Plant Industry 4.0 strategy creating a viability and feasibility plan in order to apply the main Industry 4.0 technologies enablers for creating the manufacturing of the future improving the operators work conditions at the same time that we increase the productivity
