Biography
Kristen M. Pope is a seasoned business and operations professional with over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing and oil & gas industries. Currently, she serves as the CEO /Chief Strategist of Rooted Resilience LLC, an organization dedicated to empowering small to medium-sized businesses with tailored business continuity management solutions, financial consulting, strategic supply chain resilience, and cutting-edge digital transformation resources.
Through her leadership, Rooted Resilience LLC helps businesses build deeply rooted resilience in an increasingly complex and uncertain world.
In addition to this role, Ms. Pope is the General Manager for a commercial machine repair and rebuild facility, where she oversees day-to-day operations, sets strategic direction, and implements innovative changes to enhance operational efficiency. Known for her ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, Ms. Pope’s expertise in Business Continuity Management was recognized during Hurricane Harvey in 2017, where she played a key role in safeguarding her organization’s operations.
Her experience spans across mission-critical areas such as supply chain resilience, risk management, and digital transformation, all essential to the aerospace and defense sector. She has successfully led projects involving enterprise-wide digital transformation and cybersecurity initiatives—key concerns for defense manufacturers navigating today’s complex regulatory landscape.
