Her expertise lies in Digital Product Lifecycle Management, encompassing Digital Engineering, Digital Thread, MES, Engineering Tools, and High-Performance Computing. Laxmi has played a crucial role in several divestitures and acquisitions, focusing on Engineering Data separation. She has also established strategies for incorporating Export Regulations and Global Trade Controls across multiple regions. Laxmi’s recent achievements include spearheading a PLM Transformation and Modernization project, significantly reducing system complexity from over 50 PLM systems to 17, with plans to further streamline to 6 systems by 2025.
