Mike Betts started as a mechanical engineer and is a graduate of Kettering with a master’s in analytics from Villanova. He started his career in manufacturing at TRW steering and suspension and later moved into seating design engineering at Johnson Controls.Mike lived in Mexico for 2 years working as a Tier 1 Supply Chain Quality Manager before becoming VP of Operations for SupplySolutions, inc. a vendor-managed inventory solution provider.He was later CEO for 6 years at TierConnect, a materials management digital transformation company focused on high-volume manufacturers including customers like GM, Ford, and Whirlpool.
