Mike Cody is a director at ZÆTHER, where he works with digital leaders and executives at global life science companies to reimagine process development and manufacturing while building a digitally enabled enterprise. Mike orchestrates his team of industry experts, consultants, and analysts to support visioning, designing, and execution of novel digital and IT/OT solutions.  With twenty years of life science industry capital project and operational experience, Mike has been a lead digital consultant on multiple International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineering Facility of the Year award winners.
